The duo behind Oslo-based design studio Gridy, Lars Olav Dybdal and Wilhelm Grieg Teisner, both studied at the Bergen Academy of Art and Design prior to joining forces in 2010. Since then they have quickly became known for creating functional designs with a sense of wit and personality. Breweries are fun--shouldn't the design be, too?
Echoing that thought is Boss Rambler, a bright and fresh soon-to-be brewery and tasting room located in Bend, Oregon. Simply put, it's a jewel box of a restaurant, gleaming with color and textures that simultaneously energize and ground you. In a word, it's a gem. Tour the full space over on our blog.

Not a great company to work for if you are a woman. Mostly men that work in this company. I was harassed almost everyday. The Human Recourses Manager Margarita didn't care and ended up firing me based off he say she say. I still don't know the reason why I was let go. They wouldn't give me a direct answer. I tried to contact the owner and got no respond. Although I did like the 75% off employee discount.

If you are looking at Grand Rapids Chair for employment, run. There are three owners, the CFO, VP of Sales, and President. The CFO tries to screw employees over any chance he gets, the President is crazy (literally crazy) and the VP of Sales, while a nice guy, doesn't stand up to either. The VP of Supply Chain while not an owner may be the worst of all due to the way he treats other employees. There has been a mass exodus of good employees over the last year because management won't address internal issues. Run, far, far away from this company.
