UBU delivered! The staff guided me through options of texture as well as color and durability. I couldn't have chosen such a well-suited rug with out them.

I am thrilled with my new chairs! Thank you Pat for helping with the selections and the accent pillows! Pat made this purchase so easy and was extremely helpful with updates on when delivery would be made. Pat Lewis is AMAZING! She came to our home for a design consultation and I immediately knew she was going to be invaluable to help us create a living room we would love. She provided us with many options to consider and some of them I never would have come up with on my own. And it is those options that I loved the most! She is a true gem and knows her stuff! The living room project was just the beginning as we have continued to do several other rooms in our house because the living room experience was so positive. We have had the opportunity to work with UBU on multiple occasions. Each time has been an absolute pleasure! They offer an extensive selection of fabrics and furniture options. We have worked with Laura Prince each time and she is attentive to our needs and style of living. She is very creative, has great style, and is detail oriented. A great service they offer is room design; they lay out your room to scale and offer furniture options so you can see what works well in your space. We have done two full rooms with UBU and Laura. I am sooo happy with the customer service I received from this business. I was looking for a Amy Butler Rug 13211 and they had a great deal. I was leery that I had to call for pricing and thought it would be much more expensive than what I had seen in my search. I got a great deal. Danielle was awesome. I completed the transaction late in the day (after 5pm) on Friday 11/7, they shipped 11/10 and I received the rug on 11/12 via UPS. It was well packaged.
