Jenefer Grant is a fourth-generation Oregonian and a 25-year resident of Columbia County. Throughout college, she worked as a pharmacy technician and later opened and operated a Spanish restaurant for four years. In 1996, she opened her own law practice representing indigent children and adults in dependency, delinquency, criminal, contempt, and civil commitment cases.
