Since its formation in 2005, Philbrook Law Office, PS has fought for thousands of people whose lives took unexpected turns. We're proud of the work we've done, but even prouder of the roles we've played in the fight for justice for our clients. We've celebrated their joys, mourned their losses, and stood up each day to fight the good fight on their behalf.
Matthew Philbrook is a graduate of Clark College, Washington State University, and Gonzaga University School of Law. He has been a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association since 2001, and Oregon State Bar Association since 2005. Matthew entered a career in law with a passion for protecting the legal rights of those in our community, with a competitive approach.
Adin earned his law degree from Willamette University College of Law, cum laude, and his bachelor's degree from Washington State University. Adin's practice focuses on criminal defense, and DUI representation. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients in various types of matters, and has argued in trials and hearings in courts throughout both Oregon and Washington.
Tiffany Henson is a lifelong resident of Vancouver, Washington. After graduating from an accelerated program at Everest College earning an Associate degree in Paralegal, with full-tuition scholarship, Tiffany came to work at Philbrook Law Office in 2006. She has been a vital part of the success and growth of the office.
Amanda was raised in Clark County where she graduated from Battle Ground High School. She continued her education at Clark College on a Track & Field scholarship and received an Associates of Arts Degree in 2014. In pursuit of a career in the legal field, Amanda transferred to Central Washington University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Justice along with a minor in Psychology.

I have to say this is by far the best Experience I have had with a law firm handling a traffic violation out of state on my behalf! From start to finish I was kept in the loop and given information before, during and after to allow me to make the proper decisions. Was issued a speeding ticket white crossing back into Washington from Oregon. Immediately called Philbrook law office. They took care of me from start to finish and all I had to do was give them my infraction number and they handled everything else, I never lifted a finger. Definitely recommending Philbrook Law.

From the moment I walked in the door I knew I had chosen wisely. Front office staff respectful, smiling and helpful. Was introduced to Adin who was gracious and took genuine interest in my case. He made no claims to know everything about the law with my specific situation but always, reassured me he would get the answers. Recently I had a very positive experience with. Matthew Philbrook and his associates because of a traffic accident. He was very attentive and took all our problems on himself and Tiffany was so easy to deal with picking up bills etc at our home!! Was so comfortable with both!! I was in an awful auto accident that I was not at fault in and felt like I was being taken advantage of by the insurance companies involved who were preying on my inexperience. Philbrook and Tiffany, his paralegal, were recommended to me by my chiropractor. They all worked together closely to ensure my personal injury from a car accident was taken care of. I went from feeling so overwhelmed and hounded by insurance companies, to completely carefree the day I signed with them. They shielded me from any direct contact with the insurers, and connected directly with my health provider to ensure proper billing, with specific codes, etc.

Don't let his office waste your time. Over the period of having Matthew as my attorney, his office never followed up with me on my case. It was me calling the office, every 3-4 weeks, and EVERY TIME, I would get the same response, "ow TODAY, we heard back, TODAY, we got an answer, TODAY we got a check".. coincidence? Doubtful! I could go for weeks not hearing back to my emails, and when I finally have, they would be useless, no actual response. Matthew always responded in "general statements" which do not pertain to my case or would not respond at all. Stay clear of this
