If you would like to be considered to serve on the NJAFP Board of Trustees, you must be a member in good standing in the AAFP/NJAFP. Submit a Letter of Intent to NJAFP Executive Vice President, Ray Saputelli at rsaputelli@njafp.org, include your CV, bio and headshot with 2 letters of recommendation from NJAFP member colleagues.
The New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians Foundation (NJAFP/F), a 501(c)(3) philanthropic organization, is a source of substantial and unique support for the advancement of Family Medicine in the areas of research, education, student interest, and academic achievement. Increase interest in family medicine among medical students and college students through its scholarship and grant programs.
The event included 51 attendees (45 golfers), who enjoyed a beautiful (and hot!) day on the course. The Redeye foursome swept the day, coming in first with a score of 63 and also won the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin contests. Joe Howley from Dr. Schauer's foursome won the other Closest to the Pin contest.
NJAFP has years-long, successful experience in producing and delivering highly rated CME and quality improvement programs to support family physicians and other PCPs across a wide range of therapeutic areas. The NJAFP is staffed by adult education and quality improvement experts who understand and can apply adult learning principles to education, quality, and process improvement.
NJAFP's Healthcare Transformation Team are experts in quality improvement science, including field staff with practice-based backgrounds. We speak your language. We know your EHR and how to find reports. We understand quality measures, MIPS and MACRA. We get ACOs and two-sided risk. We use the Model for Improvement and we won't let you write a crappy PDSA (it can happen).
