I've had so many different banks in past and Taunton Federal is the best bank I've ever had, the tellers are ALL NICE, all the costumers are friendly and helpful too.

I got my first car loan from them and I couldnt get a car loan nowhere else without the big price. My credit was just not that good. They gave me 4 year loan for $11,000, I've never been late and have always paid.

This bank has the worst tech stack I have ever seen. They don't have check images/deposit tickets available in the bank portal. If you need an image, you must wait 2 business days. The best they can do is to "photo copy" check deposit, which worked in 1990, but not in 2021.
Look elsewhere for a new bank account.
EDIT: I don't have an account, but I have two bookkeeping clients who DO and I have to interact their banking portal on a daily basis.

I had opened an account during a car purchase. Once car paid off I left money in savings account for a rainy day. Imagine my surprise when I checked randomly to find my savings account “inactive” and an inactive fee of nearly 5 dollars being deducted monthly. I would not recommend this bank at all. I have closed my account and I will save my money at a bank that doesn’t penalize those who save their money for a rainy day.

This credit union will Not help its members with securing a loan.
Pay off a predatory high interest auto loan.
Make every payment for 6 years.
You think this would help your chances securing a modest loan with fair/good credit.
I think as members we should use are power in numbers to realign the leverage for us to benefit.
I am going to start working right away to expose this credit union. All of my time will be focused on changing how TFCU treats it's members.

Awful experience! I completed a loan application online, after expressing to the loan officer how interested I was in the rate they had that current day. At the time of application, it was early afternoon. I called a couple of times to question a rate lock, no answer and of course no call back for the remainder of the day. The next day rolls around, early morning rates are still the same but change that afternoon. That afternoon I FINALLY receive an initial approval, which doesn't take that long. I work at a bank and process loan applications and it doesn't take a day and a half. Because they took

Only thing is the first drive thru (the one on the left if your in middle going thru the line) it doesn't sound clear, the tellers voice is all static so if your needing to have conversation just dont use that one, but everything else is great!! best bank I've ever had!!

How dare you close your drive-thru early. Shame on you oh, I will be canceling my account at the first opportunity. I work at a drive-through at a bank and if we got out late, we got out late. If people need their money they need their money. Especially in a pandemic and a time of Crisis how dare you that is despicable.

Applied for a car loan and of course got the gap insurance after being told it would pay off any remaining balance if the car was to be stolen or totaled, well here we are three months later and a ruined credit report still waiting for the their gap insurer to pay!! I have to call several times just to get a call back. So below is their statement that is clearly a lie!

Absolutely worst bank to deal with. My husband bought a car a few months ago and first payment was due yesterday. As of today we have still not received a bill or coupon booklet or however you are supposed to pay them. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and they sent a letter with the loan information.

Absolutely horrible experience. I have been a loyal customer for 22 years and they couldn't waive a $15 debit card fee after THEY deactivated my debit card then they wouldn't reactivate said car either. Disgusted with the attitude I received by Katie over the phone and shocked to hear they allow someone to be a supervisor who treats customers like that. Closing my account ASAP and telling everyone else to avoid this bank at all costs.
