There services are horrible. I had to have 3 caseworkers, my mom had to have 4, then my oldest son was told he had to wait weeks to get another caseworker because the caseworker he had doesn't know how to manage work life and his social life. Then I was told from my sons caseworker that he has his other 2 clients still because they dont require as many hours and have a lower level of care. I dont appreciate it so I'm going to make it my business to be there tomorrow when they open. Unprofessional.
