Dr. D is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. His staff is very polite and professional. I was very impressed with the the services they provided and will to be a life long patient.

A special THANK YOU to Dr Dachowski!!! At my last appointment I happened to mention I was putting together toiletry bags for the homeless. He ordered 144 packets of toothbrushes, toothpaste and floss to help the homeless. D3 Dentistry has a big heart ❤️.

Dr Damian is the best and very thorough. Everyone that works there is professional and super helpful. My kids don't even mind going to the dentist.

Dr. D and his entire staff are the best. Always friendly, professional and accommodating. Dr. D always takes the time to explain everything in detail before doing any work or making recommendations. He is also the first dentist I’ve gone to in years where I don’t feel like I’m being sold to every time I walk through the door. I’ve also had two emergencies come up and in both instances they got me in right away. Highly recommended!

Dr. D and staff were great! Other dentists in Mt Pleasant have not felt as personable. They spent time to talk through their findings and recommendations. I felt very comfortable with the care at D3 and will be coming back.

My first appointment at D3 Dentistry went great. The Dentist was very thorough and took time to talk to me and answer questions I had. My middle child is now going there and we have been pleased with her level of care too. They take my insurance and were honest about how much treatment would cost. It’s a small office but the service is wonderful and they take time to really get to know their patients.

Called at 8:30 due to pain in a tooth and asked to fit me in ASAP. Got in at 10:30 and treated royally. Dentist volunteered to send x-rats to my dentist and to discuss his recommendations with her personally before my follow up visit. Exceptional service. Much better than expected.

Where to even start?! Dr. D and his entire staff is simply amazing. Came in with some tooth pain, personally called in a referral to a specialist for the same day (root canal), and has been the most caring dentist I have ever been too. His work is fantastic and he genuinely ask questions about you to get to know you. His staff is friendly and always ready to help and explain any process or cost.
I would highly recommend Dr. Damian for any of your needs and especially if you’re nervous about the dentist like me!

Dr Dachowski & all his staff are highly experienced, pleasant, compassionate & professional. They have fit me in twice to be seen right away when I had a problem in the last couple of months & Dr D always takes his time. The office is brand new & very convenient. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr. D is not only knowledgeable but really takes the time to make you feel comfortable. No need to fear the dentist when he's doing the work! Helped me with a root canal and crown. The whole process was easy and very affordable!

Dr. D and his team are wonderful. Our children like going to the dentist now. Crazy as this may sound, they even want to visit when they don’t have an appointment. It’s such a wonderful thing to be a able to see in my children. I hope they remember their enthusiasm towards Dr. D and their dental appointments, and it carries with them where ever they may be thru out their life. It’s an awesome thing!

What a memorable and simply outstanding experience I had today with Dr Damien.
Dr Damien spent more time with me today cleaning my teeth and answering my questions -- than all other Dentists I've had for the last 17 years put together.
I've been through 5 dentists in 17 years in Mt Pleasant, and I know that I finally found the right place for me. He wasn't rushed, he did his own work, and I felt like a genuinely appreciated customer in his office.
Dr Damien is thoughtful, sincere, and passionate about his work. He is patient and he doesn't try to push a treatment plan down your throat.

If you're picky about who your dentist is like me, come try Dr. D at his new practice in Mount Pleasant! The office is immaculate and the waiting area is separate from the office which is cozy and nice for those people who don't like to listen to dental noises. I am excited to find a trustworthy doctor who is conservative and listens to his patients. While Dr. D is growing his practice, he is doing the cleanings-- this was probably one of the most thorough cleanings I've had! Awesome! Hayley at the front desk is very nice and personable! After 2 years of trying to find a Dentist for the family I finally found a place that has it all. Great atmosphere, great location, personable and friendly receptionist and most of all an excellent Dentist. Dr. Dachowski was friendly and personable with a great attitude. His office is state of art and clean. Best experience so far if you are still searching for a Dentist or unhappy with your current Dentist check out his office in Park West. Highly recommended!!

Saved me in an emergency! So he will be my new dentist! We just relocated and we're still unpacking when I started to experience extreme jaw and lower tooth pain . I called D3 dentistry and they fit me right in . I was fearful I was in need of a root canal or something serious . Dr D took time to get to the bottom of my issues . Basically I was grinding my teeth from the stress of moving . He could have sold me an extremely expensive mouth guard but he assured me mine was fine. He put me at ease.
