My recent experience was done with compassion and dignity. Having done the paperwork months before, we were aware of what to do when my dad passed. This allowed us to focus on our immediate needs as a family. Sonny was extremely professional and kind. His personal attention to our needs helped us get through this very difficult time.

As a pastor, I work with cremation services and funeral homes all the time. Having a good one is a great blessing in the immediate period of grieving that follows a death. We encountered a hiccup in the planning process because of the March snow storm, and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to find a workable solution for us to honor my mother's memory, the family's wishes and the religious requirements of the Church. I was very impressed, and exceedingly grateful. Highly recommend them!

I'm a hospice nurse whose mother recently passed away unexpectedly. I cannot say enough nice words about the care we received. The forms were easy to fill out, the communication was wonderful, and the staff was warm and caring. It might seem like a small thing, but the fact that they offered texting to arrange the pick up of the ashes was comforting. Having to call and await a call back to discuss such a sensitive topic is not ideal. This is a small family business that really understands what is needed in such a fragile time. Thank you for making such a difficult time a little easier.
