Alexander's

I work with my hands all the time. In the 10 years since I married my husband I have brought my wedding ring to Alexander's for everything! They have soldered the bands together. Fixed cracks and replaced small diamonds. After our 4th child I needed my ring resized. They have kept my wedding band as beautiful as the day I got it 10 years ago. The prices are very reasonable and their work is always impeccable. I will not take my jewelry anywhere else. The staff is always knowledgeable and kind. I always have a wonderful experience when I go in.

I took a gold pocket watch in for appraisal for repair and ended up moving and forgetting about it two years later I remembered the watch and went back and they still had it setting there waiting on me to get it.

I called in and asked if they took links outy of watches. Of course they said yes they do. So I went in. The guy in the store behind the counter was rude from the get go. Looked at the watch on my wrist for like 2 seconds, then asked me to see watch. I handed hikm the watch he then took out his little magnifying glass. Looked at it and then looked at me and said. "Nope. No one will ever be able to get the pins out to take a link out. They are basically cemented in there" those were his exact words. I have a witness. I left that store. Loved my experience here!! I needed my watch battery replaced ($11) and the shop owners were so kind and had it done quickly! While I was paying, they even offered to clean my ring! It was a wonderful experience and I will come again.
