Services
We are currently looking for an adventure seeking, fun-loving, outdoor enthusiast preschool teacher. Curriculum is play based, child-centered, Reggio inspired and emphasizes outdoor adventures within the community. Developing strong relationships with children and families through open communication and daily interactions.
When a child enters our preschool classroom at Colorado Kids Academy they become a part of a community where exploration, independence, compassion, and child lead inquiries for learning take shape. We believe that helping children construct their own learning experiences provides a deeper level of engagement and fosters creativity and a lifelong love of learning.
When your child enters the PreK Room at Colorado Kids Academy, a journey of learning about themselves, others, and the natural world begins. In this community we believe that learning is an experience shared equally between teachers and students. We do not believe children come to school as empty vessels to be filled with our knowledge, but rather we all have something to learn from one another.

Colorado Kids Academy is Wonderful! I immediately felt at home and comfortable with the staff. The teachers connect with, encourage, and truly respect each child they support. Natural learning opportunities occur regularly and the teachers are skilled at not just grasping, but enhancing the moment. Collaborating with them has been a refreshing and inspiring experience. I highly recommend them to anyone!

We love CKA. Our son has been there for 2 years and we have been very happy. The owners also teach at the school, so are very hands on - communication is great and the other teachers are so kind and compassionate with the children. I can tell that everyone at the school truly care about my son’ wellbeing. Lots of outdoor play, art, and sensory activities. Also, they have done a great job with COVID precautions, and it makes me feel more comfortable sending my son to such a small school in these crazy times.

We we are so, extremely happy with CKA. It has been an amazing environment and experience for both of our kids for the past 3 years. From their approach to learning to the warmth the teachers provide, there is no other place I would trust this much to care for and guide our kids while we are at work every day. Our kids get EXCITED to go to “school” each day, and they come home with energy, knowledge and great stories about their friends and what they learned. The teachers and administrators are communicative and conscientious, and we always know the kids come first. CKA is more than a daycare
