During October 2021, I was researching local shuttles to transport a group of 10 concert goers to SoFi in November and December. Upon inquiring prices, flexibility, and vehicles, URideLA was my choice. We all flew in from different parts of the country to attend BTS' four nights in LA and we could not have wanted more from Jamar and Cecilia. They helped us get to and from our hotel right on time, they played the music we enjoyed, and Jamar even helped direct traffic to get us back as soon as possible. Don't hesitate to book URide for your next transportation needs! We used their services to get to SoFi Stadium for the BTS concert series. They helped us get from our destination point to the Stadium and back while quickly navigating traffic! We were especially worried about how we'd meet the shuttle after the concert, but they took the stress out of it. They were very communicative and made the process very easy. I booked U Ride for shuttle service during the biggest concerts LA has seen this year (BTS, 55k+ in attendance). They made getting in and out of SoFi Stadium a breeze! We were amazed by how quickly, easily and safely we were able to leave the packed stadium and get back to our lodgings in record time! Jamar & Cecilia were flexible and had great communication in case of emergency or delay on our end, and their expertise in the area helped reduce a lot of stress for us. Highly recommended service with U Ride, I could not have asked for anyone better!

Jamar provided above and beyond customer service. We had two pickup spots for our trip to Cabo and it wasn't an issue. Jamar was on time to pick us up and made it to LAX at the time we requested. I've had the pleasure of having Jamar & Cecy as drivers for a ride to and from the airport. The both of them and the ride was fantastic. Friendly & pleasant. Not being a frequent flyer, I had multiple concerns and questions. Jamar & Cecy were able to answer any questions and/or were able to direct me in the right direction with any airport concerns.

I booked U Ride for my Hawaii trip for my birthday. Before the trip, Jamar arrived ahead of schedule, but didn't rush us. With the COVID protocols it worked well to get us to LAX on time for our flight. After the trip, Jamar was there waiting for us and found a spot that was the least crowded and got us back home quickly and safely. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

U Ride helped me pick up family arriving from Hong Kong. My family wasn’t familiar with the LA area and U Ride was patient, professional and welcoming upon their arrival. U Ride is an amazing car service that really made my LA experience better and more convenient. Even after changing our pick up time twice, our awesome driver Cecy was able to work around our schedule and pick us up earlier then we originally scheduled. Not to mention, they’re prices are the best out of all the car services in LA. If you want a GUARANTEED ride then I would definitely book through U Ride. Excellent service top to bottom. We recently took a vacation and were traveling with a wheelchair bound family member. Jamar and his other driver Glenn were on time, courteous, very helpful in assisting our handicapped member with getting in and out of the large van which was needed to haul all our luggage and the collapsible wheelchair. They got us to LAX on time and called me ahead of time the day of our return to explain the process for pickup. I booked a ride from LAX to South Bay and was picked up by Jamar on time and in a car that was extremely clean. When you arrive at LAX you're already stressed out and cranky and all you're thinking about is getting to your destination. Jamar likely checked my arrival and figured out traffic because by the time I got to the curb he was there in 5 minutes. That rarely ever happens and you can guarantee that never happens with Uber/Lyft. Smooth ride to my destination. Everything was so pleasant. I will TOTALLY book U Ride for any trip in LA.
