Both my daughter and I have loved every minute of interacting with Dr. Lu and the team at FIO! The friendliness and happiness all the team shows when doing their job makes the appointments much more enjoyable. They all find a way to relate to the patient - from younger to older.

The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the front office staff is very welcoming. We have had the pleasure to work with Lindsay, the treatment coordinator, and she is absolutely wonderful, I can't say enough good things!! She is amazing with my daughter and explains things to both of us that's easy to understand and doesn't pressure is into making any kind of decisions. We are looking forward to continuing my daughter's care here.

We currently have two out of our three children under the care of Dr. Lu to help correct their wonky teeth. From the very beginning, we were treated with the utmost respect by every single member in this office. I especially enjoyed meeting with Kelly to go over the recommended treatment plans. I had lots of questions and she was able to answer all of them - never rushing or pressuring me into anything I didn’t fully understand. I really appreciated her knowledge and personal experience with Tricare - she was a blast to talk with and could truly empathize with the craziness that military life

First Impressions is amazing, Dr. Lu and his team are so gracious! They are great to work with for typically a very expensive but necessary medical treatment. My 7 yr old and 16 yr old are both seen here and we’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with ALL of their staff. As a parent I appreciate their level of care working with mostly children! Dr. Lu is completely thorough in his treatment plans. He ensures that the treatment is everything it needs to complete full care and ensure it isn’t just throwing on braces and hoping for the best. He ensures his patients treatment is full and complete

We absolutely loved Dr Lu and the entire staff! I had two daughters with braces. One got them off and their celebrations literally brought me to happy tears! The other one is being transferred as we are moving, the staff has made sure we have all our paperwork and know exactly what next steps to take! We will really be missing seeing them! Thank you all for your kindness!
