Having been personally affected by Alzheimer's disease, the owner of Lakepark Senior Living whose grandmother suffered from this ailment before she died, has made it her mission in life to provide a HOME, for our seniors battling this ailment.

My husband Mike was the first resident to move to Falls of Neuse Senior Living. His care had become more intensive than our family was able to manage at home. We were all a little nervous, but we could not have made a better choice. From day one, Caroline treated us like her own family. She cared for Mike as if he were her own father or uncle.

My mom has been a resident at Lake Park Family Care Home for more than a year. She has Alzheimer's and all of the caregivers have so much patience and compassion for her. They truly care about her well being and provide her with a safe and loving environment. Mom receives delicious home cooked meals customized to her likes and special needs. The house always smells like either something yummy cooking or relaxing lavender aroma therapy. There's usually music playing- one resident loves classic hymns, one loves Elvis, and mom loves Lawrence Welk. The staff really get to know the residents and provide

I am a Home Health registered nurse and have provided care for a resident of Lakepark over the last 2 years. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a small , quiet assisted living home for your loved one. The caregivers provide excellent care to residents, the home is immaculately clean, well decorated and there is music and activities for residents able to participate. The safety , care and comfort of all residents are the priorities here!

My mother has been a resident of Lakepark Family Care Home for over a year and has received excellent individualized care while there. She was at 2 other facilities over the past few years and this is by far the best experience she has had. This is more of a home environment for the residents than facilities that are more institutionalized. The staff truly care about the people there and make every effort to accommodate their needs.
