Eno Pointe Assisted Living
Eno Pointe Assisted Living is committed to providing quality care to the residents of Durham and the Triangle. Located just minutes from Duke Hospitals, UNC Healthcare and WakeMed, Eno Pointe provides an all-inclusive long term care facility at an affordable price. Our staff is trained to provide the best care and service found at an assisted living facility, granting families and caregivers the peace of mind they deserve.

Our goal is to allow residents to preserve their dignity and individuality throughout the aging process. Eno Pointe provides a home for residents who may no longer be able to take their medications as ordered, or are no longer able to cook and clean. Eno Pointe serves an elderly population, requiring varying levels of assistance.
Services
Eno Pointe provides an all-inclusive price. Eno Pointe does not apply additional charges for services provided to residents. We believe that all residents, whether they are on Medicaid, or they are pay privately, deserve the same quality of care. The only services not included in Room and Board costs are medications, beauty shop services, incontinence supplies, and telephones in resident's rooms.
We embrace a diverse workforce and we understand that hiring outstanding people is the key to quality care. Eno Pointe Assisted Living provides employees a rewarding atmosphere to work, and a chance to change the lives of the residents we serve. Please consider joining our family at Eno Pointe. Eno Pointe Assisted Living is now accepting applications for a Part-Time RN.

Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I have encountered staff being abusive towards residents in the facility. Residents apart of the facility will claim their unhappiness. Over all, an absolute horrible place to work and put any family member. I have personally worked there myself, I know the truth what lays behind the walls of Eno.

Majority of the staff is nice and polite. Love everyone that works on New Hall. Staff is allowed to do what they want and curse out the Administration like a dog..

The staff was extremely rude to say the least. I called asking for more information/pricing about the services & type of care offered at Eno Pointe (because their website had none) and I talked with a woman named Sandra who was (1) very reluctant to give any information and (2) extremely rude in the process. You'd think it'd be normal to inquire about an assisted living community before you moved in a loved one, but apparently that's a foreign concept to the management at Eno Pointe. After one talk with Sandra, you couldn't pay me to move my elderly grandfather into Eno Pointe, and I urge you all

I read the previous post while searching for the address of Eno Pointe and I have to speak up for them from experience. I am legal guardian to a man who turns 90 years old this year and suffers from dementia. Because of his dementia there are limited places he can stay. He and his wife were first in ROSE MANOR which had a problem keeping the place clean and the staff there steal from VISITORS. When his wife was alive they put a woman in her room who had a contagious disease which she caught and later died of something else but I am sure the other thing she got from there complicated things

I am not sure what James B. encountered, but I met the administrator and some of the staff and toured the entire facility when I visited. The staff is pleasant and professional. The facility is clean and smells fresh. The residents seem to love being there. It appears James is going by what someone else has said, per his last statement.

I have visited alot of nursing homes in Durham and this one by far is the strangest one I have come across. The administrator who I met seems to "RULE" over the place giving you the impression she is a piece of work to have to deal with.

I can not say anything about the care as I did not have a chance to speak or see any residents. If your looking to volunteer here good luck as you probably will never hear from them which is impart to due to the administrator (was told that by the last AD).
