We had a pool enclosure put in by this company. Satisfied with the workers as they were efficient and polite but later we experienced excessive leaking from the eaves during heavy rain so called to have it looked at. Their rep came out looked at the situation and said to me there was improper adhesive used and improper installation done in that specific section and that it would be corrected. Never heard from him or the company again. Apparently the warranty had elapsed but to not get back to a customer who has a legitimate issue that apparently was created during installation is why I would never

Jody runs a very good company...
Any company that has been in business for 30 years, is good! These guys are very busy.
They did everything they said they would do, no exceptions.
Truth is, We didn't have unrealistic expectations such as ”can you the job next week”. We do understand that this is construction. We understand, when you call and complain or pressure your contractor to start, they don't want to work for you at all. I will recommend and use them in any future projects we need done. Some people think their money is greener than other people's money and have nothing better to do

We needed a enclosure for a hot tub. Over 55 health problems were seriously painful and spa therapy recommended. We choose Wilson contractors because of there work done in our community, OTOW. Building permit for bird cage, 220 wire for hot tub.work began on enclosure after hot tub in place.1. Pavers and concrete cut into because they didn't know how deep it was.2. Enclosure built without 110 outlet as required per permit. 3. Poor joining of roof gutter; massive rain leak near house.. Things started coming up that weren't mentioned before. Concrete termite treatment for $500.00. We got a full house
