Building your home is personal to Jim Bennett. He builds it as his own and to his satisfaction before it is turned over to the client. Take a step back in time. This is a custom 3/3.5 bath, open concept home featuring the homeowners love of mid-century modern elements and design. It includes the graphic use of black and white accented with bold colors reflecting the client's personal style. The sleek kitchen features quartz countertops and modern cabinetry with clean lines and chef inspired appliances.
Always focusing on the residential client's needs during design, budgeting, construction and after completion giving attention to every detail is how we work. Whether your budget is $400,000 or $2,000,000 there is no difference in the level of quality and details in a Bennett Custom Home. Each home can have a little "wow" in it - no matter what your budget.
We have never built the same house twice! Here are just a few examples of custom floor plans we've built for our new homeowners. Words can not express my sincere appreciation for the quality workmanship Bennett Construction delivered in building our home. It is so very beautiful and well built. Being first time home builders my wife and I have heard horror stories from friends and family in our network about building construction. This experience was certainly not the case. We found Bennett construction during the Ocala parade of homes a few years back and immediately could see the quality and craftsmanship in his homes . Digging deeper we had found that there team has won many awards and are truly genuinely good people. Jim Bennett and his team guided us through the whole process and made it painless.
