Dr. Jacobs is a family medicine physician who has been in practice since 2000. Dr. Jacobs practices the full spectrum of primary care and correctional medicine, managing all health conditions. He emphasizes a biopsychosocial approach to health, which allows him to deliver a personalized care of the whole person.

My wife signed my up for some checkup tests and they found I had a nodule on my Thyroid. Turned out to be nothing but the staff was very nice, everything was painless and got the results very quickly (which the thyroid verified were accurate). The price was also much lower than going through the normal doctors office.
