SCAM!!!!! If I could give this retailer negative five stars I would.
This was my first time ordering from Karo's and everything was unpleasant. Although there is a website where you can submit your order, you must wait for the manager to call you and take your credit card number over the phone. The boots I ordered took two weeks to ship and when I received them, the sizing was inaccurate and displayed poor quality. I called and spoke with the owner and was told, Although He does not do refunds or shoe exchanges he would exchange the boots for a more expensive pair, I would be charged a fee of
