They decided to cancel us with no notice and no explanation. After about 7 calls and getting the runaround, I was told we were “misusing” their linens, because we took some of them to one of our smaller locations that was too small for their minimum order. We would return the linens to the main location to be laundered, but evidently there’s a problem with doing that. Never were we told about it though. Our linens just disappeared one day with no explanation. Not great customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

After 7 years with this company they charged me a final $50 for picking up their own laundry. The drivers for the most part are half decent but always changing due to high turnover I’m guessing. I was raised 3 times in the last 3 services so I fired them. My prices went from $66 to $88 for the same exact service. The lady I just spoke to in AR was very rude and condescending. I’m going to challenge that charge on my card. I cancelled my contract more than a year ago in writing. These people are not what you’d expect in a good service. Avoid.

Been customer for years and really appreciate consistent clean and ready towels, tablecloths, floor mats, & aprons. I would recommend to consider how responsive Mickeys is when something does not go right, which is bound to happen. Today after hours I noticed we came up short on an item left off delivery. Was able to contact Mickys after close of business and within minutes had return call with assurance item would b dropped off in time we need it. Really appreciate that kind of service and happy to b customer.

Disappointed as I am in process of retiring and need to discontinue service. While speaking with Bill (GM) we explained the change and his response was "what about clause 11 in the service agreement. Clause 11 (in very tiny print not pointed out by Lisa/Sales) is a 60% PENALTY OF YOUR REMAINING AGREEMENT. We are awaiting our penalty letter and will update this review soon. DO NOT SIGN THEIR AGREEMENT. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They claim to be a small Company, but screw you the same as the big guys, paid two invoices 2 years ago, and because the lady that screwed it up quit, they're trying to bully me into paying twice, not going to happen, even after giving they copies of my bank statement showing they were paid, now they refuse to deliver until i pay their ransom, they actually did me a favor.

Mickey's is one of the few dishonest companies, & that too being dishonest with their linen, their timeliness, what is or isn't inclusive. The rep at Mickey's has been just plain dishonest, corrupt, & I've unwittingly gotten into grime filled conversations because of their crony practices, & convoluted service. Dishonesty has another synonym. The synonym is Mickey's.
Staff had asked me how often linens needed to be sent over. That was explicitly conveyed, & it is also in the contract. When we run short, they say that there are no adjustments that can

Around since 1926 and no reviews?!? Every wait for a table in suite & tie, dress or blue jeans, and drap a napkin or table cloth over your lap? The finest of fine, we notice the difference with food and drink and napkins and table cloth. Our experience has been positive with service and customer care, whenever we see the name Mickey's Linen driving around town. Thanks guys!
