Seriously disappointed that I couldn't get my Visa debit card balance after midnight. There is no toll free number to check my balance

Usually very good however i am usually at work when they're open. I depend solely on the atm which appears to have been non-functional for the past few weeks now. Huge inconvienience for when bills are due. Highly displeased at this point in time.

Sometimes the ATM machine runs out of money or won't let you deposit on weekends (they are working to improve it), but over all everyone is helpful.

I recently became a member of “Parkview Community” FCU & my first experience happened to be beyond my expectations! I decided I’d call the number I found online because I had a number of questions & concerns...
In the end, ALL my questions were answered & issues resolved! The woman I spoke with even took the time to explain a bunch of other services & features at my disposal! I was pleasantly surprised by Parkview’s flexibility as it relates to banking/pulling money out of my savings account at any PNC BANK — SURCHARGE FREE!
After this remarkably positive experience, I feel reassured
