Yolanda is a very sweet lady, and the program is amazing I've got 10 more pounds and i will have lost 50lbs in about 7months now I need to tone my body up, I do recommend this to anyone OVER WEIGHT!!!I GIVE HER A 5 STAR⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
