I called for service, when I received the call back, I was told he would call me in the morning around 8:oo to 8:30am. I got up early for the call that never came, about 12:00 noon I called them again, the receptionist said she would call them give them my number and have them call me. again I was ghosted. They can`t even be bother to give a call back. Very unprofessional. DO NOT CALL FOR SERVICE, YOU MAY GET GHOSTED TOO.

When our well water dried up unexpectedly yesterday evening, Doug Adams Well Repair was able to come out the next morning, diagnose the problem (pump was dead AND the pipe was broken 20 feet below the surface), get a backhoe to our home the same afternoon, and within 24 hours of my call get our toilets, sinks, showers, etc. all functioning again. He managed all this for less than the estimated quote! LIFE SAVER. Professional. Knowledgable. Prompt.

Just looking on Angie’s list for someone to repair/replace my well tank, which was leaking, I received a call from Doug Adams. He had JR and Matt come out to look at it and they immediately replaced it! The price was more than reasonable and JR and Matt are true professionals! I can’t say enough goods things!!! If I could give 6 stars I would. My well went out after only owning my home for a year. Another company came out and said the pump and tank would need to be replaced....we agreed, and they started the work. After starting the work, they came in and said our well went dry and that we would need a new well drilled. Quoted at $15000 dollars. I called Doug Adam's Well Drilling & Pump Repair. They came out and assessed the situation, determined that there was nothing wrong with the well we have and was able to fix us up and get us up and running for a small fraction of what the other company quoted
