As an insurance adjuster I see people get taken advantage by dryout companies monetarily and demolish, ie removing item / destroying items unnecessarily. I had worked with Tamarack Restoration on a large claim and was impressed how the owner Robert took his time to investigate and dry out the place without destroying everything. When I had a water loss of my own, they were the first I called ! I had a water loss above two Full bathrooms with Brand New Tile showers. Since Robert takes his time he was able to find a way to dry the showers with out demoing them, which rarely happens ! He saved us

We had a major leak from an apt on an upper floor. Robert, from Tamarack Restoration, co ordinated the clean up and did much of the hands -on work, himself. He was competent at a number of different tasks, cheerful, honest, reliable and just a super guy. He kept me filled in on every step of the work, which turned out to be a monumental job. We really put him through
the works, and he held up and accomplished it all. I recommend him and his company highly and without any reservations.

Robert was extremely helpful, professional, and poignant. Scheduling with him was a breeze and he replied to all of my messages promptly. He gave a 30 minute courtesy notice prior to arrival which was greatly appreciated and was right on time. During his visit he followed all the recommended covid safety guidelines and was very clean and efficient! Couldn't have asked for anything more. Definitely would recommend him.
