Suzy grew up in Burke, Virginia and graduated locally from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Suzy always had a passion for beauty, but wanted to do something unique that a lot of other businesses weren't doing in the industry at that time. In 2009, Suzy decided she wanted to be a "Spray Tan Artist" so she attended schools in both New York City and California.
Our spray tans are customizeable to our client's needs, whether you want a subtle glow or a tan that makes you look like you got back from a 10 day beach vacation. We got you covered! Includues conturing and antioxidants that make your skin GLOW. You can choose between our regular 10-12 hr or fast developing soution for clients who perfer to shower in 3-5 hours.
Best tan ever! I had been getting tanned before by the mystic booths, not anymore I love airbrush tanning it is so personalized! Suzy is so sweet! She made me feel so comfortable and she took her time with me, she didn't rush at all! I will defiantly be coming back! If you shower on the day of your tan, do not apply body oils or moisturizer (unless you have severe dry skin) as this can create a barrier on your skin. Depending on whether you got an Express Spray Tan or our regular spray tan, our spray tan arstist will discuss with you a recommend wash off time depending on your consultation and desired results.
The tan will last about 5-10 days depending on how fast your skin exfoliates and how well you prepped your skin. The color will fully develop 8-10 hours after your spray tanning session. If you follow the care instructions the tan will last longer. If you have a special event coming up, I recommend to get spray tanned the 1 to 2 days before your big event, that way you have a nice glow for your event.

I had a great experience with my spray tan from metropoliTAN tanning. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and will most definitely be coming back before vacation for another spray tan. It was natural looking and lasted longer than I ever had a spray tan last. I only have good things to say about Suz, she made sure everything was perfect and gave me great directions for caring for spray tan once I was home.

This place is awesome! My tan was perfect. She nailed it from the color, tone to the evenness of the tan. I had a wedding and needed some color. I know what a good airbrush spray tan looks like and this is definitely it. I saw the great reviews and wanted to try this place. I'm so happy I did. I had an airbrush tan by Metropolitan Mobile Tanning before a last minute beach trip back in September. I have to say, it was awesome!! I have very pale skin with freckles so I had never really considered spray tanning because I thought it would just look awful and fake on my skin tone. But because a friend suggested it and I was tired of my pale skin, I decided to go for it. (Pale skin never looks good in a bathing suit - no matter what any tells you to make you feel good.)
