Glow has been in Georgetown for years and is owned and operated by an incredibly professional and talented woman who has been in the business for decades. She uses the best products and gives a beautiful spray tan. Myself and 3 daughters all love Glow Tanning! The salon is on the second floor and is a small space but with full restroom for changing and washing after tans and a wait area outside spa rooms for 5 people. Its quaint, she does need to manage space so customers getting treatment have her full attention and care. We have never experienced rudeness in the salon and highly recommend

Never in my life have I had such a horrific spray before. The machine looked as if it were 25 years old, and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in that long either. As soon as the spray began I could tell this was a mistake as two of the nozzles were clearly broken. I woke up ORANGE and beyond blotchy. Please please please avoid at all costs.

Is this salon still open? I tried to visit on Sunday, for which their hours are listed as 2 -- 6 p.m. I waited until 2:20 p.m. in hopes whoever was scheduled to open was running late due to weather, but no one ever showed up. There was nothing posted online (nor on the door of the salon) stating they were going to be closed. If they are in fact still open for business, they should update their potential customers if their hours have changed, because it was a huge waste of time not only waiting, but making the trip to Georgetown solely to tan in the first place.

Very VERY rude staff. Was aggressively and condescendingly yelled at as I was walking up the stairs to "not dare come in" and then the door was shut and locked so I could not come in. This was 30-40 minutes before they closed. I understand that Glow Tanning is busy and that is was getting late however there is a way to treat your paying customers with some amount of decency and respect. Am absolutely disgusted at how I was treated and will never go back nor recommend to a friend.

THE WORST!!!! Omg. We came at 8:30 (half hour before they were closed, 15 minutes before they take their last walk in) and they literally wouldn't even let us cross the threshold. The woman screamed at us that there was no room and then slammed the door in our faces. I felt like Joseph and Mary on Christmas Eve but instead of an inn it was glow tan, and instead of baby Jesus's birth it was a spray tan for my formal.

The owner is at the front desk a lot and she is very friendly as well as knowledgeable. All of the girls that work there have always been very sweet to me. They have the VersaSpa spray tan machine. Prices are expensive, I think it's around $37 for a spray tan BUT if your a student (bring your ID) it's reduced to about $35 BUT GET THIS if you come on a Thursday it is ONLY $15! I come every Thursday for that deal. If you need a spray tan definitely come here. (I don't use beds I'm too pale so I can't comment on that)

I found Glow Tanning Salon online and was interested in buying a large tanning package because it was close to my home. When I went into the salon the sales representative told me the price had increased compared to what was online because of a New Year's price change. I left my number for the manager asking if she would honor the price that I had seen online. The manager gave me a call a few days later and told me that the price went up because of a 15.75 tax rate. This tax does not match up to the price that I was told and when I had asked her about explaining why the price changes did not

I came in today (NYE) once I realized my pale, winter legs looked terrible with my peach NYE dress. I used a Yelp coupon for the spray tan and must say that it was a wonderful experience. The lady who helped me was extremely patient and very friendly. Although I am a total klutz, I found the process to be very easy to follow and as far as I can tell - my spray tan looks great. I would definitely come back again!

So i spent 8 minutes in the high bed which was the oldest bed I have ever been in. The lights need to be replaced immediately, and I am naturally an olive person and there was a 0 difference. For the price, the quality was actually disgusting. It's very unfortunate since they have a monopoly in Georgetown now.

I came here with a Yelp deal for my first ever spray tan before a black tie event and had a great experience. I was expecting an automated machine but it ended up being a girl with a spraying device...I felt like a Kardashian! She was quick and professional and I was very happy with the results. I'm not a regular tanner but I would definitely come back here for a spray tan. The color was very natural and the team educated me on how to care for the tan.

I have been here about three times and two of my visits were wonderful and the more recent one was OK. I have had three different technicians and the first two were great. The owner did my airbrush tan once and I thought she was wonderful. Each time I was happy with the airbrush tan, but the third time I had it done the technician didn't really give any instructions and just walked in the room and started spraying. She might have done this because she thought I was familiar with the process, but it had been about a year since I had it done.

For tanning, they have a 32-lamp bed and 36-lamp bed with regular rates and student rates. Also, if you join their facebook group and print out their coupon, you'll get a one-time deal of either a $5 UV tan or a $15 spray tan. The student rates are great: http://www.georgetownglow.com/index-1.html. I don't come here anymore, but when I did, service was great and the beds were clean. Make sure to bring your own eyewear! A must for students and tanners on a budget.
