I would like to say that my experience with Tiffany Poole and her team was exceptional during the entire course of my case. I had quite a few questions, which were always answered quickly and thoroughly with ample follow up. There were issues I brought that could have been somewhat daunting, but they were dealt with directly and without fanfare. I felt well in hand and taken care of through the process. Today I called Rahaim & Saints regarding a auto accident that I was involved in. My main goal was to hire an attorney. I was transfered to Tracy-I'm not sure of her specific position, but I'm assuming she is a paralegal. As soon as I was transfered, I said a "good morning", and began to ask a question, before I could get 3 words out of my mouth she very rudely interrupted me. I asked her to please not interrupt me, then she began to very coldly rapid fire questions off about my accident. I began to answer the questions, then she rudely interrupted ME AGAIN????????
