I haven't been able to go to the dentist for about 5 years. I decided on this one once I got my insurance figured out. My old dentist traumatized me, gave me the wrong treatments and thanks to that, I'm missing 2 teeth that could've been saved.
Franklin Dental is freaking wonderful. Everyone is so, so nice and very welcoming. I had my first teeth cleaning in almost 6 years today and even though it hurt, I feel wonderful! I'm so glad I found this place and they accept my insurance.

So my daughter is a nervous nelly like me when it comes to going to new places and just talking to people she isn’t familiar with, but she surprised me with how she did when Katie took her back and checked her out. Katie not only explained what she was doing to her to where she understood it (she’s 3) but she also went step by step of how her… appointment will go, with me(not a lot of places explain to parents what’s going on). I was very impressed with the friendly staff right away. Everyone was great at making sure you were comfortable and had any concerns or questions. I had a cleaning and a filling, no problems didn't hurt me at all. All in all I had a very good experience and will make them my dentist of choice for sure. Extremely satisfied. Thank you to all it was a good experience.

I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is so kind! When you walk in you’re greeted with smiles! They make you feel at home! The dentist is super kind as well! Very professional, very through, the cleaning was top notch! All smiles from me! My kids love it here! I’m moving to Tennessee soon but I’ll be making the drive to come here!

By far the best dentist I've ever been to, and I've been to alot! The whole staff is super nice and friendly! Love Katie who's cleaning up my teeth! Carrie at the front desk is just the absolute best. Dr. Josh makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. I'm terrified of the dentist, but here they all make me feel very comfortable. I wish I could give 10 stars!

I used the office to do removal and replacement of teeth, around 6000 dollars...
When it came time to do denture he was very unprofessional and unkind.. he was rude and demeaning all because I informed him my denture was not correct, couldnt close my mouth all the way and they were very loose, after a 3 minute dispute ..... instead of helping a patient ( who had paid cash in full up front) he came in and said there is a check for 1400( out of 6000) at the counter and you can leave and i wont be seeing you again..ive done 10,000 of these how many have you done... very unprofessional, rude, and

Katie was AMAZING with the kids!! I'm always a bit concerned with one of them being special needs but she was completely professional cleaned their teeth explained things to me and treated them well. She was the talk of their night!
Amanda was my hygienist she was thorough and professional she did not shame me for not being at the dentist since 2013 she talked me through everything very nice and personable! Ashley was the young lady at the desk helping me schedule follow up appointments. very patient and kind trying

Everything!! Best dentist we have ever had. Friendly staff. Dr. Stevens treated Cleston after treatment for throat cancer. Always able to schedule appointments easily. Front desk staff is always personable and friendly and always make reminder calls. They managed to provide a safe environment during the pandemic. We have encouraged all members of our family to consider scheduling an appointment.
