The customer service at this practice is nothing but exceptional. I felt fully cared for and attended to, regarding anything having to do with my health. This was my first appointment with Dr. Khorsandi, and within the first few minutes of meeting him, it became immediately apparent I had made the right choice. I'm trying to cancel a future appointment and they are unable to send me a confirmation of my cancellation so I am hoping this post serves as documentation if/when they attempt to charge me for a no show. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Khorsandi and his helpful staff. They made a last minute appointment on a Friday afternoon for my mother. They were so helpful and pleasant. Dr. Khorsandi was so caring and thorough. My mother's medical condition was extremely complex and she was on several different medications. I am still receiving bills from my visit almost a year later for procedures that I was assured would be covered by my insurance at the time of my visit. The lack of communication and potential dishonesty from the doctors at this practice is extremely disappointing. Feels more like a businesses than medical care. I also found it unprofessional when i was asked to leave a positive review on Zocdoc if I was satisfied with my visit. I will not be returning to this medical practice anytime soon.

Dr. Khorsandi is an absolute pleasure as both a person and a medical provider. He is kind and considerate of his patients and their needs. He is a wonderful educator and provides a good experience for his students. He gives patients the time they need and does not rush office visits. Was in need of a new doctor since I moved and given all of the good reviews and easy location on the west side, I decided to give Dr. Khorsandi a try. I made an appointment first thing in the morning and from my experience with the front desk, to meeting with him, and another associate at the office; everything was so pleasant!

This is an amazing husband and wife team to care for the whole family. Both doctors are caring and knowledgeable. Fantastic location and staff. My wife had to go to a new doctor who assumed the practice of her longtime physician. The new doctor, Khorsandi, didn't seem too interested and even left the door open the entire time. I heard everything going on from the waiting room, which is shared with a pediatric office as well (snot nosed kids, pee on a chair, crying and screaming kids) in the same waiting area.

I was referred to this office not knowing that a Pediatric medicine doctor was in the same office. The problem with that was the office smelled like pee and there was actually a pee mark on one of their chairs; disgusting. I finally saw the doctor after an hour (and note they don't validate for parking), and it costs $2 something every 15 minutes! After my $30 co-pay, plus parking, it was expensive just to be seen by this doctor. He follows up consistently to see how I am doing, shows great concern and has excellent bedside manner in the office. Very easy to get along with.

I wanted to update my immigration status!! everything went smooth and the paperwork was filed perfectly at my USCIS appointment and i was APPROVED!!! Again, i have heard horror stories of the doctor filling out the form wrong or taking weeks to give it back!!! This causes huge delays in your case:) Also I called 9am and was able to get an appointment in later that day and my results were returned 2 days later. Very efficient and very quick process:)

I went there because I had to get a medical check-up for my USCIS application. Doctor Khorsandi did the exam and took the time to explain to me what are the process and the vaccinations required. I got the shots I needed the same day (about 10 minutes after the exam). Everybody is extremely friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this place, they know what they're doing.

We just moved to Santa Monica and was looking for a regular pediatrician for our 11 year old. We found Dr. Khorsandi on zocdoc, and had selected her because the reviews were great in terms of her "bedside" manner and quality of care. The service provided and quality of service was good. The wait time was not anything out of the ordinary, scheduling appointments etc. were easy the staff was very flexible in terms of re-scheduling. The doctor is very nice.
The billing however is questionable. I spoke to Paris who works in the billing department who was very nice and eventually gave us a discount

Dr.Parisa just started to treat my newborn. I've been looking for a great doc for my little guy who would feel like family. The day we got home with our little guy, I had a new mom freak out at 4am and she called us right back, talked us off the ledge and saw us the minute her office opened. She even followed up with us that night to check on him & wanted to see us again the next day before the weekend just to check on his weight/etc again. Dr. Parisa Khorsandi treated all three of my children from birth, and I'm telling you, you won't find a better pediatrician. She has bent over backwards for our family. As a typical first-time mother when my oldest was born, I must have called a zillion times, and she ALWAYS responded within hours if not minutes, even on weekends! She even gave us her cell phone number - I mean who does that these days??? She was more like a concierge doctor for us - answering text messages regarding what to do for a fever or a problem after hours and on weekends when most practices will charge for

Dr. Parisa Khorsandi is an amazing and caring doctor. She sees my son and since the first day I met her she made us feel comfortable. It's very hard to find good doctors that care and listen but I was blessed to find her. Her office staff is professional and caring, both ladies at the front desk as well as the nurse are caring and sweet. As a first time mom, I'm always worried and concerned about my son's health but I can always rely on Dr. Parisa she is sweet and very understanding. Dr Parissa Khorshandi has been treating my children for 4 years. She is so knowledgeable and caring. I absolutely love her!! DR Khorshandi used to even give my children their immunizations herself. What Pediatrician does that? She has real heart and I know she truly cares. Now she has the amazing Lia doing the vaccines and all I can say is her name should be no tears Lia! Dr. Khorsandi is a highly qualified Civil Surgeon, he's quick to assess your situation and figure out the best solution for you. I got my immigration form in two days, including necessary blood and x-ray tests.
I don't want to have a need to go back any time soon but if I do, this Doctor and staff will alleviate a lot of associated stress with their genuine care.
I appreciate their help a lot.
