Dr. Beauty Swe has been my primary care doctor for over 15 years. She has consistently provided exceptional health care to me and to many of my family members. Dr. Swe's medical knowledge, professionalism, compassion and genuine caring nature make her an amazing and very special doctor. Dr. Swe consistently provides me with excellent health care. There is no other doctor that I've been to that is as caring, knowledgeable and genuine as Dr. Swe.
She takes the time to answer my medical related questions and to educate and explain medical info to me. She is quick to follow up with test results and pharmacy requests.

My mom has been a patient of hers for a long time and was recently telling me about her experience that made me furious. No problems with the doctor but the front office person is SO RUDE. If I had known what happened earlier, I would have intervened because it is not okay. She didn't tell the doctor because she didn't want to get her staff in trouble but I don't have the same concern. Here are a couple examples of what my mother (in her 70s) experienced:

This review is based on receptionist staff. Staff insisted it was patient responsibility to print forms for quest diagnostic, during a pandemic the office is unable to fax a document for patients with weakened immune systems. Not everyone has access to printer wants to increase their exposure to Covid, this is 2020...the digital age

My stars are for the girls in the office.For them they deserve 5 stars but because of my disappointment with my records.I am only giving 3 overall.The office ladies are very helpful. They are great at managing all my needs due to my leave of absence from work for medical reasons.Dr.herself is just ok. Nothing special.She will deny refills if you aren't seen. But, the reason for my review is......... As for the medical records office its the worst I have ever dealt with. I have waited months for my records to be sent and in turn my claim was denied. Dr. Swe has been my doctor for sometime and for that I am greatful. Finding a doctor with knowledge, consistency and a ginuwine care for patients is a huge blessing and Dr. Swe is all those things and more. She is non judgemental and has a bed side manner that makes you feel comfortable an at ease as you can take all your concerns to her. She is a doctor who truly listens to how you feel an is open minded with her approaches to medicine. Hands down she is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. As Dr. Swe is truly amazing so too is her staff, Sarah and Alexis are both very special people

I had an appointment today, first time there. Now, to give background. I made an appointment awhile ago. Unfortunately, I had to cancel. We made a 2nd appointment, and they cancelled. And I'm fine with that. Family, life, I respect that and they did let me know the night before which was Sunday. So Kudos for that.

In my opinion Dr Swe is great for cold flu or possibly physicals. I was a regular patient of hers and all was well until I had an emergency. I had been to her complaining of severe period cramps, pain, severe sweating. She told me I was going into menopause and to get compounded estrogen from a pharmacy on upper lake. She did zero blood work before making this recommendation.
Two months later I was in extreme pain and visited her office after a business trip, she suspected my appendix and ordered blood work and ultrasound which couldn't be performed same day. I ended up in ER within 3 hours
