They NEVER answer their phone! Whether you are a new patient or a returning patient, it goes to two different voicemails forcing you to leave a message. Their outgoing message says they “get a high volume of messages and will be returned in the order received”. Yet I’ve left more than one message and have never gotten a return call. How is this efficient for them or the patients. HIRE A PERSON TO ANSWER THE PHONE SO YOU QUIT WASTING EVERYONE’S TIME!

Do not visit Jonathan Bravman, this is the worst doctor visits I have ever had and a complete overcharged waste of money. I went in for a knee pain injury cycling. I saw a medical student resident for 10 minutes who said it sounds like a torn meniscus (it wasn't). Bravman then came in for 5-10 minutes didn't ask many questions and agreed with the resident (he was wrong), ordered x-rays, and then ordered I get an MRI (unnecessary if they hadn't assumed and been wrong). I chose to go to another office for the MRI review, and she immediately said it's IT band syndrome based on my description and knew

I have been a cyclists for many years and a good bike fit is critical to ones comfort and ease on the bike. I recently moved to Boulder and discovered through research that there are bike fittings through the CU Sports and Medicine Center. With a new e-bike purchased recently I signed up for a fitting with Pawel. This is not your typical bike fit as you would get in a bike shop. The technology and overall expertise is on another level. With the information gathered at the fitting (flexibility, strength, computer analysis) I was able to be fitted much more comfortably to the new bike. Pawel is a

I did a RETUL fit with Pawel. It was a great experience. Pawel spent a lot of time evaluating my flexibility, strength and bio mechanics before I even got on the bike. He then did a very thorough cleats up fitting. I am really happy with my position on the bike after the fitting. I also like the detailed report that Pawel generated after the fitting. I highly recommend getting a bike fit from Pawel.

I have been absolutely thrilled with my experience working with Dr. Ballantine for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Her attitude is bright and cheery and she takes time to actually see and hear me as a patient (which is rare in the medical world these days). She is compassionate and caring, which, in my own experience, is also rare in medical professionals. The only reason I did not give five stars is that I have experienced some frustration with my phone calls not being returned. Otherwise, this place is great!

Not the place for a bike fit and terrible customer service.
We received a bike fit that the provider “agreed that the results were not satisfactory”
The bike fit was conducted very poorly. There was no use of retul technology, which was promised in the fit and outlined in the price, and there was not even any use of measuring tools/angle tools that a standard fitter would use. All of the fitting was done completely by eye, based entirely on random adjustments and asking if they "felt okay."
The promised fit was not even close to delivered yet and was told to make another appointment and

While I sat in the room waiting to be seen by a physical therapist, I overheard a group of staff and the PT laughing at my injury. He didn’t flinch when I called him out for it either. I was shocked that medical staff would be so blatantly disrespectful. Laugh at me all you want, but don’t do it when I’m in earshot of you.
The only reason they’re getting two stars is because the tech who took my x-rays, the nurse who did my paperwork, and the resident who helped me before the PT were wonderful. Very kind women.

Received a bike fit at this facility. Paid well over 500 dollars. Came home and both knees are hurting while riding. I’ve changed multiple things already from the fit. I asked for a follow up and they want to charge 110 dollars per hour. I feel as though the follow up should be free if the customer isn’t satisfied, 500 dollars is a lot of money for a bike fit with no follow up.

Everyone here has been very helpful, and I greatly appreciate the team approach to my care. My physical therapist, orthopedist, and (potential) surgeon are all under the same roof and communicating. I genuinely feel that they want what is best for me as an individual patient. I also am grateful for a sports medicine approach that wants to get me back to all of my activities rather than telling me to stop certain ones all together because of my diagnosis.

The Best inside the Boulder Bolder Bubble-verse. Dr. McCartey, Dr. Bravman, Dr. Meron, Dr. Kingston, dr. Park and PA Keri are very good at what they do. As is, Nurse or NA Alice, and Sarah at reception. However, Google Bobble Heads, would you relocate to Colorado Springs? Guess not. Oh well, would you share the roads with cyclists? Hope so. And, with Jaywalkers? Thank you so much.
