My Family Home Health Care was a godsend after having 3 other caregiver services failed us totally this past year! Prior to working with My Family Home Health Care the care our father received was totally inadequate. Caregivers were found sleeping on the job while our father would fall, they would badger him, have attitude, not provide general care and many times not even show up for their scheduled time.
My Family Home Health Care made sure one of the owners would come to meet with us and introduce us to any new caregiver even if it was the late shift. The caregivers were of very high quality

I have to say this company is A1. They don't make it seem like your bothering them. They take the time to explain everything and make you feel important. I’m writing this review because I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the caretakers at My Family Home Health Care. My father was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s last year and it didn’t take too long before he required 24/7 care. Unfortunately, my mom was not in a position to provide this care alone, so we researched local healthcare companies and discovered My Family. I cannot say enough good things about their team. They never seemed to give up on him and every day a friendly face was there to help. It’s difficult to remain optimistic and happy in these situations, but their positive

My father was reluctant to use someone he didn't know to take him to his appointments and care for him at home but he ended up really liking his caregiver and looked forward to her coming. My father ended up declining rapidly and they were always there when we needed them. Their service was reasonable and very personable. I was lucky to have My Family Home Health Care until my father passed.

When I was discharged from the hospital I was anxious to go home but also afraid that I would hurt myself. The nurse and physical therapist assigned to me by My Family Home Health care were fabulous. They educated me on what I needed to do to be safer and healthier in my home and I looked forward to every visit. Thank you so much for all your help.
