I called today to get my car towed and diagnosed. Said I wasn’t sure the exact problem so he said he would call back after talking to the previous shop it was at. The owner then called me back and stating that for me to get the car towed (about a mile and a half to his shop) I would need to first come to his shop and give him $500. I asked “500 to get towed and diagnosed”? He replied with “yes you don’t know what’s wrong with it and I don’t want another car sitting in my shop. I told him I was trying to get my car fixed, not sit anywhere and he rudely said it would be $500 with no

Very immature to take responsibility for own actions very disrespectful in the phone when it came to installing my device took three days couldn't call me and update me when things were wrong with the interlock device and kept on saying it would be done it would be done but one can be an actual date then they keep on complaining about how my car isn't flawless

On one of the coldest months of the year I had an appointment to drop my car off at Trac Auto. It was snowing very heavy and the grounds were very icy. After I dropped my car off I emphasized how I didn't have a ride back to my house 7 miles away. They ignored me and I had to walk 2 hours in heavy snow and icy conditions. I was sick for the following week and was willing to accept that two hour walk to have my car finally up and running. I went back several days later to pick up my car as it was "fixed".
