Hudson Garbage service has the most horrible customer service.. They over bill on accounts for bags left around your can, even when there were none. We live in an HOA and that is not allowed.. They charge for an extra bag or do not pick up your trash if the can lid is not shut completely, even if you are still under the 65 pound limit for your can.. Do yourself a favor buy a few cans from Walmart and take your own trash to the dump, you will save hundreds over a year.

Hudson Garbage has been our service in Rainier for almost 10 years, and they've been excellent. They're good at communicating any changes in schedule, and we've rented their awesome bins (both large and small) a total of four times for de-cluttering our home, and couldn't be happier. Also, I have to commend our garbage person for being friendly (the few times I've been up early enough to talk to one of them), and always taking care of our trash cans. Thank you!

Hudson Garbage has always been great to work with, whether it's my error or theirs, eg.; we forgot to put out the garbage, or they missed my house (yes, that's happened twice !) The wheel fell off a canister or I've had an extra bag (very nominal fee). My only wish is that other local utilities were as flexible to work with.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They don't communicate with customers when they decide not to pick up trash or recycling and try to tell you they will do pick ups free of charge when you have already paid. Wish there was another local company but since there is not we are considering doing our own dump runs.
