Services
The above residential carts and bins above are the property of Arrow Sanitary Service. When customers move, they need to leave the containers at the same address for the new customers. Missing carts may be charged a replacement fee of $50. Once you receive your first statement in the mail, you can sign up for online bill pay on the Pay Bill page.

Arrow sanitary is the best, when i do call , they ( marleen moreno, she answers phone ) very respectful, professional, kind ..she Always, has the answers to all of the info that i need, and she Definitely goes beyond the call of duty..if i havent gotten my garbage out on time, or any other issue i am having..is so respectful and helps me to figure out what i need to do. I am 65 yrs old and have health issues.so needless to say she is beyond helpful..I am so grateful to her and arrow sanitary service..sincerely, karen adams ps. They are also very quick to fix something that i have forgotten or need

After I missed the pickup on Christmas Eve I reached out. April with waste connection was very responsive and very customer in consumer-oriented with my request. She went above and beyond in reaching out to me and making sure explain how the transition that they are going through which I totally understand specially with this inclement weather that we have. I am very supportive of those that work in this field. And looking forward to the merger as such fine customer service! Joni

Jessica Worden was so incredibly helpful that I HAD to write a review.I never write reviews because I’m so lo-tech that it takes me forever. She spent every second patiently answering every stupid question I had without judgement—only kindness & as I mentioned before, patience. I have been out of the country for two years & tenants rented our house & I was so confused

Kudos to Jess M, Customer Service Rep!
About an hour ago I spoke with Jess to request a dropbox and make some changes to my account. Jess was completing professional, quick and efficient, and very knowledgeable. But more than that, she took a personal interest in helping me with my requests. She was kind, friendly, and really considerate. She has excellent communication skills, and a wonderful telephone presence with a clear, well-modulated voice. Plus, she has a wonderful sense of humor. All of this makes Jess a real asset to Arrow Sanitary Services. I hope she receives the professional recognition

I needed a few drop boxes and my schedule was not set in stone. Every time I called from the first to the fourth or fifth re-schedule Dana Smith was extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. Every time she helped me move my drop-off and pick up dates in less than 5 minutes. Working with her was the least stressful part of my project and I'll use Arrow Sanitary for all my future waste removal for sure.
