Water is constantly shut off. Not enough parking spaces to begin with, then management allows tenants to have more than the alotted two cars which makes it worse; good luck leaving your apartment after 5, there won’t be a space when you get back. Living on the first floor can be bad enough with noise above you, you’d think if one of their employees lived above you you wouldn’t have to worry about it but, from my experience, that was the worst, most inconsiderate and noisy neighbor we had. When we moved in, management touted the security that drives through at night, probably saw them 2 or

Applied to rent an apt was approved and paid application fee, asked to see the apartment in person before signing paperwork and getting locked into a lease and when I went to the apartment at the scheduled date and time they set up with me over the phone nobody showed up. Called the office and they said they weren’t in at the moment but they will be and they will call back never got a a call and sat at the apartment waiting for over 40 min past scheduled viewing and drove over and hour to see the apartment.

I have been with them for about a year and a half and they have always helped me with all of my needs. I have had to move twice into a different apartment because of my family growing and they made both times very easy and affordable. Yes the water does go out but they do give us a few days to a weeks notice and they cannot control the plumbing going bad or the city working on pipes. I've always had everything repaired if broken right away and don't have complaints for this leasing office. My daughter loves the pool!

I lived here for almost 2 years, and for the price I don't think you can beat it. Rudy, Michelle and David were great to work with, and even though some of my neighbors were not the best...It still overall was a great place to call home for almost 2 years. Great Value with amenities and close to the highways, parking was sometimes an issue, but overall still a great overall expereince.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I lived here with my family for less than a year before Park City forced residents out to make renovations. I'm used to living in older and cheaper apartment complexes, but this was the worst place I have ever lived. 1) We were forced to move out with just about a month's notice. Management said they would offer transfer options, but the only options offered to stay were to increase our rent by $200 a month for an upgraded unit! How nice for Park City... Management was not helpful nor flexible. The move cost us a lot of money, time, and resources. I'm not happy

This complex is very nice. The apartments are very nice, even the un renovated ones. The neighbors are very nice and we have never had a problem with loud noises or anything. One of the only pet friendly places we could find, and free heat! Also the management is very good about late rent, they do not penalize you horribly like other places, they only make you pay a small additional fee. They also offer 6 month leases which was wonderful for us.
