At Arrival Fitness, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training and have been a leading facility. Learn more about our methods. 60 minutes design to get you to your goals. Group classes where we break down fitness fundamentals with a fun and exciting approach. Classes are separated into 3 parts; warm-up, activation and workout of the day(WOD). All while being guided by a trained professional an making sure movements and points of performance are maintained.

I love this gym! Excellent coaching and instruction for all levels of fitness. The workouts are challenging but never intimidating--the instruction is scaled and tailored to each member. Arrival is more than just a gym--it's a community.

Arrival Fitness is more than a gym, it is a community. I have met some of the best people at this box & many that I now consider friends. I was able to continue to work out during my pregnancy. The coaches were very attentive to my condition & helped with modifications every step of the way. I am grateful for their dedication to mine & other members’ fitness journey!

I have been going to Arrival fitness for 6 months now and I love it. It is honestly worth every penny. The coaches are great, I am hitting my weight goals, getting stronger and making friends. Can't say enough great things about Arrival Fitness! The coaches are so welcoming and friendly, and go out of their way to help you reach your goals. The workouts are quick, effective, and fun! You can even join in to the classes virtually and they will coach you through the workout and modify it accordingly. They also organize a bunch of social events and gatherings such as potlucks, BBQs, etc to add to the fun!

This place is amazing! I am in NJ for the summer for an internship. They welcomed me with open arms. The members are all super outgoing and would come up and introduce themselves and welcome me to the gym. The coaching staff is very knowledgeable and supportive. I wanted to advance some of my skills. They offer great 1-on-1 training with an experienced coach. I wanted to focus on gymnastics so I’ve been working with Romeo. Even after a few sessions I’ve improved so much. I can’t wait to crush my summer goals with their help.

By Far, best gym I've ever been to! The coaches consistently encourage you and the members quickly become friends and family. I exceeded my fitness goals while at Arrival. I, unfortunately, had to leave due to work and am having such a hard time finding a gym that can come close! Would come back in a heartbeat! Love you guys :)

The coaches at Arrival CrossFit have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome. They greet me when I walk through the doors, encourage me when I struggle, correct my form to keep me safe, keep me going when I'm ready to quit, and make sure to tell me when they think I have done a good job.

Prior to my first flight at Arrival, I had never tried a CrossFit class. By the time I finished my first WOD, all of my fears and preconceived notions surrounding CrossFit culture were disarmed and I immediately felt part of a new community.

By far the best CrossFit I've been to. I've only been going three weeks but it already feels like I've made a home there. Coaches are so helpful, and push you to be the best version of yourself every time you come in. Atmosphere is awesome, I really have only praise for this box!!

I do work in the area on a regular basis and dropped into this box recently. And, all I can say is WOW!
What a great place to work out at!! From being a gym rat to discovering CrossFit, I finally found the place and the right people to push me to the limits that I couldn't ever imagined. I've met the owner and worked with a number of trainers and highly recommend this box if you are in the area. Let me list the PROS:

1. Highly qualified trainers that will help you learn the movements and help prevent injury. They know how to properly motivate you.

Before arrival CrossFit I'd never tried a workout program like this. The instructors there took their time to show me the techniques and allowed me to go at my beginners pace. The workout was awesome and gave me fresh perspective on what it means to be fit. Totally worth it. Excited for the next session!
