Hello my name is Andy Patt, President of Granite Designs LLC in Wentzville. I have been fabricating and installing stone countertops for over 14 years. Granite Designs was developed by having skilled training from N.T.C (The National Training Center for Stone and Masonry Trades). These skilled professionals trained on the proper techniques needed for the stone industry.
These skills included basic and advanced fabrication, basic and advanced installation techniques, the precise way to template a project and the principal fundamentals to run a Brigg Saw and CNC machine. This alone sets us apart from other granite fabricators in the industry. Having a certificate from N.T.C. provided a great deal of hands on experience and the mental knowledge to start Granite Designs LLC.

We are a family owned business located in Wentzville, MO. We specialize in granite counter tops and offer several colors. We service all surrounding counties including; St. Charles, St. Louis, Warren, Lincoln, Franklin and Jefferson counties in Missouri. In Illinois we service Pike, Calhoun, Greene, Jersey, Saint Clair and Madison counties.

A rectified tile refers to the edge treatment of the tile. Rectified tiles have clean, precise edges which give your tile installation that seamless and uniform look. Tile flooring is timeless when properly maintained, cleaned and sealed. However, damaged or cracked tiles should be replaced. Stained or outdated tiles should eventually be replaced to quickly bring your home or business back in-style.
These guys do OUTSTANDING work. They are fast and unlike other companies they are fast and do excellent work. Met the owner Andy I think his name was and he is very very professional and friendly he even came in and did work with one of his employees. Prices were fitting but we would have paid more for the great job.

We wanted to use someone local and my mom had used Andy in the past with high recommendations. He was knowledgeable and informative with a high quality of work. Was very thorough working with us evaluating the different layouts of the granite to best highlight the granite's unique patterns. Turned out great!

We are really happy with the quartz countertops that Andy installed for us. He found a slab for us without me having to search through a huge warehouse, in our price range, which was really helpful. The end result is exactly what we wanted. We put a small countertop on a new dry bar for the basement and replaced the countertop in our laundry room to match. Everything looks great!

Worst customer service ever!! If you would like to be yelled at every time you ask about updates on your countertop job, Andy is the answer, if you would like to NOT use your kitchen for couple of weeks then hire Andy from granite design. He told me it will take couple of days to remove and install the new stone, it took him couple of weeks to do that, I told him what kind of kitchen sinks I wanted and he waited till the last minute of installation to order them which puts the project back longer and longer. He kept telling me that he is coming the next day at certain time and never shows up, I’ll

I hired Andy because he said he could complete the work in 3 weeks. He finished the work in 7 weeks. He no call no showed me several times. At 5 weeks he said he'd give me $200 off. I agreed because he made it seem it would be finished soon after that. If I would have know then what I know now I would have gone with 3 other company's instead of him. Same quartz I could get from several other places. A Google review I wrote is no longer on there. He has 5 stars on Google. I'm wondering how many bad reviews were erased.

For anyone taking the time to read this review, I want you to know that I’ve never posted anything with regards to contractors. However, in this case, I wanted everyone to know that Andy (the owner) of Granite Designs truly cares about his customers and deserves credit for being a man of his word and exceeding my expectations. For those of you that have experienced the contractor BS and in some cases complete hell when dealing with one, Andy is the exact opposite.
