The lady that answers the phone is extremely unprofessional, she instantly had an attitude when questioned about added charges. Refused to give us the HOA number she claims that they work with that originally called to have the car towed. No one on this end was rude or nasty meanwhile she’s raising her voice at paying customers and then hung up on us mid conversation because she was upset. She also refused to explain why she originally gave one price and demanded cash only but then the price is different when we show up at the place and all of the invoice is digital but we have yet to receive

Zero Stars are too good for them. They deserve negative stars. They abandoned a 100% disabled veteran in a parking lot.
This afternoon I had a flat tire and no car jack so I called ATT Roadside assistance. They set me up with Center State Auto.
At 3:42 pm CSA sent me a text saying they would arrive in 45 minutes.
An hour later at 4:43, they were a no show, so I called. The lady at CSA said the truck would be there in 10 minutes.
A half hour later, at 5:12 I called again. Nobody answered. I left a voicemail. I called ATT Roadside and they tried calling CSA. It went straight to a recording and

Avoid this company at all costs. I was involved in a traffic accident about 3 miles from my home, the officer on the scene called Center State Automotive to pick up my car and take it to their yard.
Being new to the area I had no one to call who could pick me up, I asked the truck driver if it would be possible to give me a ride since my home was only about a 1/2 mile out of the way to their tow yard however he said there would be no room since I had my dog, despite my assurance he could sit on my lap. I confirmed with the truck driver multiple times that I would be able to access my car in their

This location is not closed. This company is the company that kicks old town back money to chase tourists away with exorbitant towing fees. Company has two tow trucks that are not up on maintenance and missing lights. They drive around old town area scooping up cars from unsuspecting tourists, demanding upwards of $300 to get their cars back.
