Hot Mop application is necessary for all Showers, Roman Tubs, Decks that are Constructed of Tile, Marble, Stone, etc. After a Shower is built, the cement and grouts shrinks leaving very small cracks around the edges of the floor and dam area. Water penetrates these small cracks, and without hot mop pan liner water will seep into the wood floors and studs, causing wood rot.

On remodels - Be sure you tear out the Tile and Mud work, Hardy backer, Wonder board on the side including the bottom sub floor of your shower, including your Old Hot Mop Liner up to the studs and make it sure everything is clean and vacuum, no nails, wires and Old paper left behind and we only need to see studs or plywood partition on the sides of your shower.

Doing a remodel myself, needed the shower pan done to pass inspections. These guys are not only top quality in their performance, but just overall good, easy to talk to, honest human beings! We are doing some remodeling and adding a bathroom. I am doing a lot of the work myself and Jeck was extremely helpful in making sure that I framed up the shower properly. He reviewed photos of my work and made very valuable comments. He came out hot-mopped the shower pan and did an incredible job, I couldn't be happier. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and it shows.

Excellent service. They got back to me in minutes after I made a query. I made an appointment and then received a few follow up text explaining what prep needed to be done and what shower drain to use. Text quesrions were answered promtly. On the day of the appointment I needed to delay the installation by 30 minutes and they were totally fine with that. Great communication all the way. The actual hot mop install was quick and efficient and really well done. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm a general contractor that builds custom homes and remodeling. I had them do 4 showers in Delmar and another in Rancho Santa Fe. The homeowners and other tradesman & I was impressed. The quality of work and dependability was excellent. It was easy to setup and appointment and get a quote. Friendly employees and job was done timely and per quote. I've had other companies in San Diego do hotmop for my company and other they are late change the price or there work literally dosnt hold water.
