I really like the work these guys do but right now I’m not to happy with their scheduling, was suppose to start our stand up shower install tomorrow and get a call today their installer has to quarantine so now it’s pushed out till the end of the month!! I get the whole covid quarantine stuff but you mean to tell me they only have 1 installer??!!
My husband recently suffered a stroke and I don’t know when he’ll be home from hsp but there’s no way he’d ever get into a tub/shower right now so the standup shower I HAVE TO HAVE

Extremely pleased with the whole experience with Braymiller Builders of WNY. From the initial consult with Tony, to the measurement to the final install with Eric and Jon. They were all professional, acknowledgable and thorough. We had a very worn out old cast iron tub and shower surround replaced with a very modern acrylic white deep soak tub and a beautiful flat Sandstone surround. Old fixtures replaced with updated chrome, and safety bars installed. They were kind, courteous and respectful of our home. Placing drop clothes all the way through the house. They came when they said they would. They were very neat and clean. Got the job done in super man speed. Gave personalized treatment in respect to placing of the safety bars. We had a tight space with low ceilings and we got a custom fit perfectly.They cleaned up everything, taking all debris with them. Couldn't ask for better everything, now I have a bathroom I can use again! Thank you!

I contracted with Braymiller to install a new patio door in my dinette. It was a bit stressful to have a huge hole cut into my house, but from the first call to the end of the job, the whole team at Braymiller were great to work with.
They are great communicators - I never got any mixed messages or felt like I was being taken for a ride, the price I was quoted was the price I paid (and it was a more than fair price), and the work that was quoted was the work that was done.
Gary and Bob, the installers, were meticulous and thorough and worked together seamlessly despite the mid-April snowstorm
