Our preschooler's brains are growing so rapidly and time for Kindergarten is quickly approaching. Using our Frog Street Curriculum, the children are learning social, emotional skills as well as math and literacy. After a long day of learning at the district schools, our Schoolers are able to relax and play with friends. Homework help is also available.

Ms. Kathy opened Guiding Hands Christian Academy in December of 2014. Kathy's dream program is a place where all children feel loved and comfortable enough for their minds to grow to its full potential. Learning takes place only when safety and securely are felt. Kathy understands that the brain must first learn how to deal with emotions as well as social situations before learning the alphabet.
As you hand your infant to our teachers, we want you to have peace of mind that they are provided for physically and emotionally while you are working. Germs and Jesus are everywhere and that is why we feel it is extremely important to clean the toys and play area daily. We also begin to teach handwashing at an early age.
Toddlers are starting to explore the world around them. We will be encouraging their independence enabling them to learn how to do things on their own, but with an adult to assist them if needed. We nurture toddler's growing language through story time, singing songs and constantly speaking to children.
At Guiding Hands Christian Academy, children are taught using the Frog Street Press Curriculum. Teacher - child interaction is the best way for children to learn through play. The children are not only taught academics but also social and emotional skills. These skills are important because it teaches children how to appropriately intact with one another.
Some children have homework after school and we want to assist with homework so that when you get home with your child, you can enjoy quality time with him/her. To best assist our working parents, Guiding Hands Christian Academy will take your school age child to the local schools as well as pick your child up from school and bring them to the facility.

We have used GHCA for two years now with two children and it’s been amazing. Our oldest still loves to come back to visit the teachers and say hello. The work they do with your children just makes parenting that much easier. They cover all the small things that are often forgone at home. Like starting potty training <2yo IMO is great, because the parents don’t maintain the patience for that! Ask me how I know. I truly have not a single complaint, and my children started here March of 20, you know the day, the first 14 to flatte…..

This place is more than just daycare to us. I know for sure God placed us here for a reason. We couldn’t be more thankful for the attentive care our baby receives from her teachers and all of the staff. We are sincerely welcomed every morning. My 11 month old is always happy to go in the mornings! If you are looking for a true Christian facility for your child this is it.

This daycare opened their doors to my children when Boys and Girls Club shut down very sudden. Took them in very quickly, which this single momma was very thankful for. Any issues I have ever had was dealt with quickly and professionally. My kids love the teachers, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend this daycare, your child isn't just a money sign to them. They truly care about your children, even when they are acting a fool (like mine, sorry 🤦♀️).

We Love Guiding Hands Christian Academy!
I was really nervous starting my little one in daycare in the middle of the covid pandemic but the staff is amazing about making sure everyone is healthy, safe and having fun in a positive learning environment. The app for daily updates and parent-teacher communication is great too! I love recieving pictures of what he does each day and discussing my concerns and learning goals with my sons teacher is so easy. Hands Down Best Childcare Facility in Sanger.

I have been so thankful for this daycare since we started, but so much more recently during the pandemic. My daughter loves going, shes been going since she was 8 months old. They feed her good food, give her lots of snuggles, and always make me feel comfortable when leaving and picking her up. They also send me pictures sometimes during my work day that just make me so happy! My oldest also goes for spring break/summer camp as she is in school and LOVES it. They take her on little field trips and outside to play. I am so happy to have found this place as we all know how difficult it is to have

During a difficult time trying to arrange child care, I reached out to Alicia at Guiding Hands. She was so helpful & welcoming to us. The staff have all been so caring & easy to work with. I felt completely comfortable leaving my little in their care and she enjoyed spending her days with them. I would highly recommend Guiding Hands Christian Academy.

My two girls have went to Guiding Hands Christian Academy for over 3 years! My oldest who is now 5, went here until the day she went into preK at her new school! They are and always have been great to my children, teachers and staff are great, they make the children have fun while learning too! Very little incidents also, which is impressive with so many little ones in the school. Overall I would definitely recommend bringing your kids here!

My daughter is now 14 months old and she adores everyone at the daycare! All of the employees are like family to one another, to our baby girl and to us! It makes my heart so happy to hear them say they love her as we leave each day! This is by far the most loving, caring, and best daycare I have ever been to! Thank you for providing a safe, happy, clean facility for our baby girl and for giving us peace of mind that she is safe, loved and well taken care of! Jaycee loves all of you!!

Guiding Hands has been an absolute relief for myself by having John Henry Foster attend there. I say this b/c I was so scared and nervous about him going into daycare b/c I've heard so many horror stories about children being mistreated in daycare. I tried so hard to keep him from being put into any daycare. With all that being said, I am so happy with how the staff has taken such great care of my kiddo. They all treat him with such care and love and it actually shows. I mean it literally shows and I can see it! I have no fears of him being the care of Guiding Hands and I can't thank them enough

Peyton has attended Guiding Hands for several years and we have had a wonderful experience. I had visited several schools during my search, but GH was the only school that when I walked in, I felt like these were moms (just like me) that would care for my daughter just as I would. Peyton has loved her preschool teachers and looks forward to her bus ride to and from kindergarten. I feel like I have an open door to Ms. Kathy and Ms. Alicia - if I have a concern, its always responded to promptly. I highly recommend Guiding Hands to anyone looking child care!
