Let me preface this review by stating that I am a grizzly of a man when it comes to hair. I have always been shy to remove my shirt or wear anything that exposes my neck. Hair has always been on the forefront of my mind and my insecurities.
BUT THERE IS HOPE TO ALL MEN! Elite Laser that is! Do not be shy or intimidated to visit this place. It is the light at the end of the tunnel for all hairy men. And women too. This is by far the most cleanliness facility I have been to. Everything is new and the staff is wonderful and welcoming. Also they follow all covid protocols. I have visited a few laser

At my last visit the technician skipped a few spots on the area I had done. When I called back to ask for a touch up on spots that were missed they said I would have to pay full price again. Reason being because “I took too long to call back after my last session”. When technically you are supposed to wait a couple weeks before calling back to see if the hair does fall off eventually. 🙄 Doesn’t make sense to pay full price twice when the technician failed at her job. Instead of trying to work with me and help me out they gave me excuses. It wouldn’t break their bank for them to provide

I have been a client of Elite Laser's for about 5 years now and they are the best in the business! The staff is professional, the salon is spotless and the prices are unbeatable. I am from the Chicagoland area and I recently moved out of state but I still make the drive back for any touch-up appointments I need. Elite Laser is the best in the business and I highly recommend this salon for any and all treatments.
