We loved Milowai unit 410. It is beautifully appointed and centrally located. The views from the lanai are stunning; great for whale watching in season. Watching all the boats in the harbour and the planes coming in overhead were interesting as well. The bed is comfortable, the hand shower in the bathroom is a nice touch, and you have most things you need in the kitchen to do basic cooking (keeps the cost down when you can get your own groceries).

Had a wonderful time on Maui. We rented our condo from igomaui.com. They are the best property management company I have ever dealt with. They truly care about whether you are comfortable and are having a good time. They are responsive but not intrusive. We travel to Maui quite often and have found them to be the very best. We will definitely book our next Maui rental from igomaui.com.

What a fantastic home away from home! We absolutely LOVED our stay. The owner's thoughtful touches and every detail one would need in a home is provided here, plus a front row seat in the infinite theater that is the Pacific Ocean!
More importantly, we commend the excellent customer service the management provides. Amy Prentice, the manager on duty, went above and beyond her duties to make our stay stress free and made us feel at home. Her excellent customer service is a rarity in today's profit trumps customer service mentality. It's a breath of fresh air. Kudos to Amy!

We had a perfect 2 weeks vacation at Maui, and part of the reason why our vacation is so perfect is because we were lucky to stay at I Go Maui’s condo. Amy is so thoughtful to remind us all the details we need to pay attention to for the trip (e.g. covid testing, best restaurants at Maui). She is also super kind to help us with checking in at almost midnight. Also, Amy is like a superwomen, she herself fix all the minor issues for the condo, like the AC controller, sink in a very timely manner. It’s a pity that we didn’t get to meet her in person due to the covid situation, but we would love

My family and I were planning to come to Maui for spring break, but with the situation being what it is in the world right now, we're not going to travel. We had booked through VRBO and bought cancellation insurance, and read our contracts and understood that we were pretty much out of luck on changing our dates or requesting a refund. Imagine how delighted we were to receive an email from I Go Maui Vacation Rentals, offering a full credit towards new dates over the next year!! They sure didn't have to do this. We are staying at Kana’i a Nalu on Ma’alaea Bay. Could not be more pleased with our condo and amenities and the professionalism and responsiveness of Manager Amy. When we encountered a slight snag in our Maui Covid entry process, she was right there to help out. The condo is lovely, right on the beach and the complex is quiet, clean and well managed. All the amenities we could ask for are here; including a closet of sports and beach gear, beautifully organized and in great condition. We just came back after enjoying a 10 day vacation in Maui at a property hosted by I Go Maui. I am impressed by their 5-star customer service all the way. We worked with Amy and she was very responsive right from the first call to book the property. As soon as I booked the property, she set us up on their portal which all the details that I needed (codes etc). She texted us when the property was ready, left the AC and lights on and it was very welcoming walking into the apartment.
The property was exactly as described in the photos and on their website and had all items we need for a beach vacation
