Honestly very disappointed. My contact Jay was very communicative and responsive during most of the process, so I want to say that up front. That said, the quality of the end product was not good. It took a long time for their t-shirt distributor to get the color and sizes I wanted. We had to change the color to blue for one size because the black was out of stock for a couple months. When the printed blue shirts came in, they looked terrible, nothing like the printed black. Absolutely no color saturation at all. When I raised after comparing the jobs, they said it was because the black shirts

I ordered a digital print for my son’s birthday and bought the iron on paper so I can do myself. None of them came out well, I am not crafty, and this was 2 days before his birthday. I searched online and found this site and so glad I did. I sent them the image and they rushed his shirt. Picked it up the next day and came out perfect! It looks exactly like the picture whereas when I printed the image myself, the colors were not vibrant. Thanks so much! Definitely will come back if I need something else.
