Since 2004 the guys and gals at Generation T brought you the largest selection of licensed tee shirts online. In 2013 our brand new website was created to keep up with the new Generation of shopping. In July of 2013, Generation T opened a brand new store in Ambler, PA (outside of Philadelphia). The worst customer service I have possibly ever dealt with and crappy products. I ordered gifts for my parents and measured out the proper sizes based on the listed measurements on their site. Not only did the products look cheap when they came in, they were completely the wrong sizes based on their own measurements. The colors also did not match the photos. When I addressed this and simply asked to exchange for proper sizing, they ignored me for 2 weeks until it escalated and treated me like I never reached out to them in the first place -- I sent them the previous email chain as proof and they

I was so excited to come across these great, unique Philly sports t-shirts. However, when one of the items I ordered was delivered not as expected (the color wasn't anywhere near to the color I ordered), the company's only offer was that I could mail it back (at my expense) for store credit and re-order something else and then pay shipping a second time (at my expense). That would have nearly doubled the cost of the item. Very disappointed in the customer service experience.
