Reading through the negative reviews, I just want to shed a little light on the fact that we seem to be living in a state of instant gratification and entitlement. People need to remember that although you may be suffering, you're not the only person in the psychiatric clinic who is. All of the negative points seem to be issues with the individual and their personal expectations not being fulfilled to their liking rather than the integrity of the professionals working there and what they stand for.

It took me two and a half months to finally get an appointment. I accidentally wrote down the wrong time and was late. They were willing to reschedule me in another month and a half. The receptionist was rude, I left in tears and cried in my car for ten minutes before I could leave. I don't believe they are out to help anyone especially after I got a bill for my "no show" appointment. I guess it's a good thing I'm only passively suicidal instead of actively. Basically, don't waste your time.
