I am a board-certified psychiatrist based in Northern Westchester County. As you know, the New York City metropolitan area is one of the best places in the world to live due to our cultural amenities, ethnic diversity, and overall vigor for life. However, the hustle and bustle of living in such a vibrant and dynamic area can take its toll both physically and mentally.
I understand firsthand the stressful demands of daily life and can help you or a loved one who is struggling or feeling overwhelmed. Entering into treatment with a psychiatrist you feel comfortable with is a very important and personal decision. However, choosing one is often based on affordability, accessibility, and availability rather than competence and understanding.
