Found them online and started getting the quote through their website. Moments later they reached out through text. I sent photos of what I needed trashed, got my quote and set up an appointment all in under 5 mins. They were incredibly punctual and the removal process was quick and easy. I was referred to the Trash Wizard from another rubbish removal company because they were not doing in-home pickups due to COVID. Brett was very responsive and easy to communicate with via text. After sending pictures of what was needed to be removed, he provided me with an accurate quote. A pickup date was scheduled for that same week. I was in the process of moving out of state and contacted multiple junk removal companies but Trash Wizard was the only company that was always responsive, right on time and kept their promises. They would contact you right a way and be able to quote via text/email. No hidden fee or surprises. We ended up using their service twice for the move as not all of our items fit into the moving truck. They were able to come in next day with the last minute notice and picked up all of the items. I was one of Trash Wizards early customers, dating back to 2009 when we were emptying my parents’ home after the passage of my mother. We loaded the garage with stuff to be disposed of and contacted several trash removal companies. We decided to give the new business a try. They came on time and efficiently loaded all the junk into the truck and left the garage cleaner than when we started the cleanup project. I'm down to the wire, getting ready for a move, when I realized I had to get rid of two sets of large, bulky wooden shelves. What to do? Trash wizard to the rescue! Brett made this so easy! I texted him a photo, and within a minute, he sent back a reasonable quote. He quickly accommodated my needs for a specific date and time. Three courteous and friendly guys arrived on the scene, sawed up the shelves and carted them away. I had a pipe leak in my basement and had to rid of a lot of wet wood and ruined belongings in my basement unexpectedly. Brett and his team were awesome, his response time was so fast! I sent him pictures of what needed to be picked up, and he had a crew here to pick up my stuff within 48 hours! Great customer service and great turnaround time for picking up items! This is my 2nd time using Trash Wizard. All I can say is that Brett and crew are ultra polite and friendly. We had a snafu on date and the me, yet Brett got the crew here 15 minutes early! The team works above and beyond and takes great care not to damage the interior of your house.
NOTE!! The guys told me they only get tips 1/3 of the time. They should get tips 100% of the time. Think like people in other states and tip them for getting a job well done.

So pleased with Brett and his guys. Brett offered an estimate via text (he asked that I send pictures of the yard debris, large carpet, and A/C unit). His communication was professional and quick and the guys showed up and moved really large, heavy items on an incredibly hot day. They were polite and careful and had everything out and in their truck in no time. I'm really glad that I came across Trash Wizard before paying out the wazoo for other companies. This is just a quick review! I am extremely pleased with Brett and this services he was very professional and wonderful on the phone. I called him this morning and he was at the doorstep at my property in 30 minutes. My mom her English is good not perfect! but sometimes people are really rude with her for no reason because of that, I felt comfortable sending Trash wizard straight to the property where my mom is currently without needing to be there myself. This is why I've been a repeat customer these past 4 years. I called Brett to remove a leather couch and asked him if he'd be willing to move two other pieces of furniture inside my home. Without hesitation, he said yes and we set a date. I was so pleased that I didn't have to hire a moving company to rearrange those pieces of furniture! After reading several reviews for Trash Wizard I decided to call for an estimate to remove two large piles of wood, some metal roofing material, two large lateral file cabinets, an old gas grill, jaccuzi cover, a sectional sofa and some miscellaneous electronics. Really what comes to mind is "Wow!" These guys are everything you would wish for in any business let alone trash removal. Ah, the logistics of an out-of-state move...movers, insurance, renting out the house, finding a new apartment, and, of course, dealing with that junk in the basement and garage that managed to spontaneously procreate all on its own. Trash Wizard returned my call quickly, set up an appointment and arrived on time. They stuck to their estimate although it took a bit longer than they had planned to get rid of 10 years' worth of junk from our business as we moved out of our office into a new office.

I used Trash Wizard as I was cleaning out my parents home in Southbridge. They arrived early, got the work done quickly and even helped carry a couple of items I couldn't get out of the basement. Thanks to them it helped make a difficult situation as best as it could be.

Highly recommend! The response is incredibly quick. I was able to schedule in a few days on the day requested. They are polite, courteous, neat and careful. It's an owner operated business so you know what you're getting. Truck is big and price is very reasonable. They are local too which is a plus for us.
