Watch out for an employee at this company , he will try to get money out of you with his charm , he promised me a job with abc gave me an application, made up an appointment with his boss , and borrowed over $3,000 from me and said he'd have it back to me in 3 days , never heard from home again , Micheal Pappis is this slime balls name

Hired this company for my honeymoon trip to Hawaii via SFO. My wife and I are both very tall people so we had a specific request for the Lincoln Continental. They confirmed my reservation with vehicle request twice. The morning of our trip the driver showed up in a Lexus ES300, a car built on the same frame as the Toyota Camry. In other words, a much smaller vehicle than what we had requested. We were not going to wait for a new car as we would then miss our flight. The 1-hour trip cramped in the back of the car was very uncomfortable. When we got to Maui I called ABC to request a refund. After

I was able to book A B C Limousine on a short notice and with their quick and easy service I did not waste a minute.
I arrived at the airport and my driver was waiting for me with the biggest smile ever. Talk about being welcomed! It was a great feeling to have someone waiting there. It was a young driver who offered to take my bags. While on the drive from the airport to my hotel, the light airy conversation was a great welcome to that of other services I tried before.
At some point, I wished that the drive was longer. I did hire this service again, and was sure to ask for that driver!

We used ABC limo to go to a Giants game last week.
Our driver Gil was amazing....
It was a surprise for our 10 year old grandson.
Gil was sooooo nice and made our experience one we will never forget.
He was on time from the pick up at our house to the pick up at the park.
I'd give him a 100% rating.

I was quoted a price yet when I received my confirmation no price was listed. I immediately emailed them back asking for this to be updated but got no response.
I was picked up as scheduled and was dropped off at 6 hours of service but was charged for 8.25 hours, charged toll fees when we crossed NO bridges, tax & license fees and fuel charges which was not quoted.
I have reached out to them 4 times with no response and am utterly disappointed with this company.

I made a reservation to pick up myself and my family at the airport. When they failed to show up I called dispatch who told me that the driver was too tired to pick us up. They left us stranded at the airport at 200am.
The dispatcher was kind and offered to get another driver out to pick us up but it would take an 90 minutes to get there.

I have used ABC for over 5 years and never recall having a problem. Their driver, Michael, is my usually driver. Even when Michael is not available, they always meet me in the baggage claim. Cars are always clean, come with water too! They have a new app and I have just started using it, quite easy to navigate and book through it.

I had called quite a few places for pricing on a party bus, or Limo. The average party bus price as at least 1k if not 1,500.00 with poor yelp reviews... and the limo places seeming fraudulent.
I came across ABC Limousines as a friend had used their services for NYE and liked them.
I went ahead and booked an executive van which I think seated 15-17. Our driver Edward was very polite, professional and let us hang our cute pink girly decorations in side :) Let us play music

ABC Limo has always done an incredibly good job for me. They are there 15 minutes typically before pick up and wait around for an appropriate time to call you (I've seen them out the window before they call. They always have water and mints. The drivers dress, drive, and act professional: always picking up your bag to meet you and one telling me a portion of the tip is in the fair. I've used them no less than five times. They cost more than a shuttle, but the service is impeccable!

Well, I got a message from Don M (many weeks after this incident actually happened, and after I posted my review). I responded to it and explained what happened. Predictably, I haven't received a response.
If you use this company, I'd advise you to check your credit card statement. I don't know WHO at their company tried to defraud me, but it's clear SOMEONE did (you don't "accidentally" charge someone 5 times for 5 different amounts over the course of several days). I used ABC Limo service for a ride to the airport. David was my chauffeur and he was extremely patient, professional and with a funny bone. I had some changes in my plans and had a couple of friends joining me, which added a lot more luggage than a standard sedan could handle. But Dave was very accommodating and be got us to the airport well before time. 2 thumbs up!

Rented a passenger bus with driver for our wedding recently. The bus was supposed to pick up family and friends from out of town from the hotel and drive them to the ceremony, then wait and drive them to the reception. The driver started to take them straight to the reception location (despite specific instructions from me), until someone on the bus noticed. Then the driver had no idea how to get to the ceremony so people actually had to use the GPS on their phones to guide him to the ceremony (which by the way was in the Golden Gate Park).

I'm glad our company now has a choice of airport limo services.
My pick up from SFO was waiting for me, not the reverse, which has happened to me before. After coming back from a trans pacific flight, I always get that relieved feeling when I see my name on a sign held up by my chauffeur.
My chauffeur was professionally dressed and well mannered. He took my bag from me while we walked to the car, and kept the small talk to a minimum. The car was clean, and the bottled water inside was just what I needed after being dehydrated from my trip. He also allowed me to sleep on the drive home

My high school buddy's husband works with the owner Don Meinke. He cut us gals a great deal and an unusual Contra Costa County pick-up location by our expert driver Michael. Michael put up with 9 crazy women on a wine tasting tour through Napa (see my previous Yelps for the wineries we toured). We had mimosas and chocolate cake shots in the limo when we were not wine tasting (we brought our own Frangelico, sugar, and lemon wedges).
It was the perfect way to visit many wineries all in one day safely. I would totally do it again with ABC. They rock!
